Blue Pea - Thai Bistro

This place is amazing! Cozy restaurant with rustic but modern vibe. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The owner came by twice to make sure we were okay. She even played with my two year old nephew at one point and gave him a complimentary lychee dessert. So sweet.

The pad Thai was on fleek. The waitress is definitely not weird and the place looks legit. Music was soothing and a good movie was playing on TV.

I have never had a mediocre dish here. Everything, even the standard Thai-American dishes, is exquisitely prepared and delicious. They pay attention details in the taste and presentation. Best samosa in town - soooo good. This is my #1 go-to for delivery, but their establishment is also cute and super clean with very good service. Highly recommend.

Casual atmosphere. Delicious Asian Fusion food. Poke bowl, lamb, pork belly, salmon, and curry dishes. Wine and beer available. Great value for money.

You need a reservation to eat here or come early on a weekday and hope they will seat you as soon as dinner service begins. The sea bass and steak were very good, as were the noodles. Place is small and a little loud. Parking can be difficult.

I would give them a 5 except their business hours on Google list as 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM; I was told by my waitress they close at 3:00... wth? Maybe they close for that after 3 to five lull and open back up at 5:30. I picked up a burger and fries for around $16.77 with an 18% tip. Food came pretty darn quick. I asked for extra onions (people have different ideals what constitutes "extra". What I received did not look like it was extra, you lost a star because I am absolutely crazy about my raw onions. If I say I want extra raw onions and I'm paying you, then please accommodate. My waitress seemed as if she was unsure as to whether or not I want going to rob them (I a black transwoman) I guess I looked like a hardened criminal caring a genuine black leather Fossil carry all and fashion materials in my other off brand leather bag paying for my food with an AMEX. The food was simply outstanding!

Brought a friend on a birthday lunch... Small place in Grant Ave CA . Tried the appetizers and main course noodles. Being a professional chef that focuses on Blue Pea, I am very much impressed. Also I believe that all is well that ends well so we tried the dessert. Soo delighted I have tried this place out. Definitely will be back and tell a friend about this place

I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is delicious and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we pass a splendid evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Hidden gem on Valencia! This place has delicious Asian fusion in a casual setting. Try the tuna poke and curries!

Really great food and very accommodating staff. We went here for a friend’s birthday dinner and despite the huge size of our group, they took great care of us. Even took a few group photos at the end.All of noodle dishes we had were delicious. We also shared a bunch of apps (scallops, drunken fries, etc) and we were not disappointed.

Breakfast in the morning, Thai at night! Raw sugar factory turns into blue pea at night! It’s my favorite Thai place in the mission! Their pumpkin curry is delicious. I love that you can choose to make dishes vegan if desired and that they have vegetable dinner sides to add a bit more veg without buying another full size dish!

Honestly one of my favorite places in the Mission. I’m Southeast Asian so I’m pretty picky but this place is so good and their prices are so reasonable. 10/10

The food here is phenomenal and the atmosphere is so cute and cozy. My only complaint has to be that the service is subpar and the tables are too close to one another, making the place feel too crowded and tight.

A good poke bowl and delicious food in general, as well as great happy hour drink deals. (Might be the best happy hour drink deals in the Mission.) Usually not a wait and the service is excellent.
